Accounting Manager

We’re Hiring: Accounting ManagerWe are looking for an Accounting Manager with 5–7 years of experience, preferably in fast-paced sectors such as Entertainment, Sports, Events, Social Media, and Broadcasting and is based in Delhi.We are seeking someone who brings not only strong accounting and compliance knowledge, but also the ability to support management with sound financial insight, business feasibility evaluation, financial planning, and structured reporting.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee accounting operations with accuracy and disciplineMaintain a clear understanding of GST filing, Income Tax Returns, and overall statutory complianceEnsure the company remains tax-compliant and aligned with applicable financial regulationsIdentify and advise on tax-saving opportunities within a compliant frameworkPrepare and review balance sheets, financial statements, and related accounting recordsHandle payroll management efficiently and accuratelyPrepare and manage salary slips, payment records, and voucher creationMaintain proper financial documentation and accounting support recordsHandle and coordinate foreign remittance processes with clarity and complianceHighlight whether management decisions are aligned with the company’s current financial position and long-term financial healthCreate financial projections, forecasts, and planning models to support business decisionsEvaluate a business end-to-end from the perspective of economic and financial feasibilityBuild clear reports and presentations for management review and decision-makingSupport leadership in assessing cost structures, margins, risks, and overall financial viability of projects or venturesEnsure proper financial reporting, internal discipline, and compliance-friendly processes across operationsPreferred Experience:5–7 years of experience in accounting, taxation, payroll, and financial managementPrior exposure to dynamic and execution-led sectors such as Entertainment, Sports, Events, Social Media, or BroadcastingStrong hands-on understanding of compliance, reporting, and strategic financial planningWhat We’re Looking For:Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, compliance, and statutory filingsWorking knowledge of payroll processing, salary slips, voucher management, and foreign remittanceAbility to prepare and interpret balance sheets and other financial statementsStrong financial analysis and projection skillsAbility to assess business models from a commercial and economic viability perspectiveConfidence to advise management on whether business decisions are financially soundStrong proficiency in English, both written and verbalAbility to create structured reports, summaries, and presentationsDetail-oriented, organized, and capable of working closely with leadership on critical financial mattersWe are looking for someone who can combine accounting discipline, compliance strength, payroll accuracy, reporting capability, and strategic financial thinking to help the business make informed and sustainable decisions.
