A. Business Partner MIS & Reporting Design, build and maintain comprehensive Business Partner MIS covering rent payables, lease obligations, escalation schedules, and revenue sharing arrangements.Prepare and publish Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual business partner MIS reports for senior management and business review meetings.Monitor lease expiry schedules, renewal milestones, and contractual commitments; proactively flagging risks and opportunities to stakeholders.Co-ordinate with the Leasing, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure MIS accuracy and data integrity across all lease contracts.Analize rent trends, occupancy costs & trends, and per-unit profitability to support commercial decision-making.Maintain & keep updated the Lease Terms’ Repository.B. Finance Automation & Process Excellence Identify manual, repetitive finance workflows and lead end-to-end automation initiatives using tools such as Excel Macros / VBA, Power BI, Python, or RPA platforms.Develop and maintain interactive Power BI / Excel dashboards for real-time financial KPI monitoring.Develop and maintain interactive Power BI / Excel dashboards for cost control & related KPIs.Partner with IT and Finance teams to evaluate and implement ERP enhancements or BI tool upgrades
