Job DescriptionConsultant 1 (S1) – Global Audit DeliveryLocation: Delhi/NCR (Hybrid)Compensation: ₹17.50 LPA (Fixed) + VariableAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Senior Consultant & Assistant Managers for our Global Audit Delivery team. The role involves supporting statutory audit engagements for global clients, ensuring high-quality audit execution in line with applicable accounting and auditing standards.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute statutory audit procedures for global audit engagementsAssist in planning, fieldwork, and documentation of audit assignmentsPerform testing of financial statements, controls, and transactionsPrepare audit workpapers and ensure compliance with audit standardsIdentify audit issues and communicate findings to seniors and managersWork closely with onshore teams and meet engagement timelinesEnsure adherence to quality, risk management, and compliance requirementsQualification CriteriaCA / ACCA / CPA qualifiedExperience RequirementsCA-qualified candidates:min1.5 year of post-qualification experience in Statutory AuditACCA / CPA-qualified candidates:Additional CriteriaNo career gap exceeding 6 monthsStrong understanding of statutory audit processesGood communication and documentation skillsAbility to work in a hybrid modelPreferred SkillsExposure to audits of global/multinational clientsKnowledge of IFRS / US GAAP is an added advantageProficiency in MS Excel and audit toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
