Additionally, benefit from our profit-sharing model,reflecting our commitment to respect and integrity for all employees.Job Summary: We are seeking a junior-level, highly capable Accounting Assistant / AR/AP Specialist tosupport our accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experiencewith Indian accounting standards and be comfortable managing a variety of financialtasks, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and handlingaccounts receivable and payable. This role requires close coordination with multipledepartments and involvement in audits, billing, collections, payroll, and generalaccounting functions.Responsibilities:Support daily accounting operations, including data entry and transaction processing (GL,AP, AR, journal entries)Assist with filing statutory returns such as monthly & quarterly taxes and ensurecompliance with relevant regulations.Prepare and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.Prepare financial summaries and assist in drafting financial reports under supervision.Manage petty cash transactions and process employee expense claims.Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessarydocumentation.Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing and payment-related issues.Qualifications:Associate’s degree in accounting is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance roles.Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP and MS Excel; familiarity withother accounting tools is a plus.Basic knowledge of US Tax laws, including state, and local taxes.Strong analytical and numerical skills for accurate financial data handling.High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
