Company Description We are 20 Years old CA firm and having offices in Delhi, Gurgaon and DubaiRole Description This is a full-time on-site role for Qualified Chartered Accountants and Company Secretary & Article Trainees at S R K A & Company in New Delhi. The role will involve working extensively part of Tax,Audit Team, Corporate Laws Compliances & advisory on allied structuring of businesses. This includes being part of day-to-day tasks related to Accounting, Financial reporting, Audit, Compliance, Advisory and Litigation.Qualifications Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Audit skills Tax Compliance expertise Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team and independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Chartered Accountant qualification for CA roles Company Secretary qualification for CS roles Pursuing CA/CS/ Law for Article Trainee roles
