Job Title- Senior Accounts and Payroll ExecutiveCompany- INK PPT (GurgaonWork mode- In office (2nd and 4th Sat working)Experience required- 4 to 7 yearsRole summaryWe are looking for a hands on accounts and payroll professional who will own day to day bookkeeping in Zoho Books, ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, raise invoices without delays, and drive payment follow ups with clients. This is an execution heavy role that requires strong process discipline, attention to detail, and clear coordination with internal teams and external clients.Key responsibilitiesZoho Books ownershipInvoicing and receivablesRaise client invoices as per PO milestones retainers and approvalsShare invoices with clients and confirm receiptMaintain ageing reports and weekly collections trackerFollow up with clients for pending payments with a structured cadenceCoordinate internally to resolve disputes such as PO mismatch scope clarifications credit notes and revised invoicesPayroll processingCoordinate monthly inputs such as attendance leaves incentives deductions and reimbursementsProcess payroll accurately and on timeGenerate payslips and maintain payroll recordsSupport full and final settlements and employee query resolutionCoordinate with external CA consultant for statutory filings as applicablePayables supportTrack vendor bills due dates and payment schedulesCoordinate approvals and release of payments as per internal processMaintain supporting documentation for audits and complianceRequired skills and qualificationsStrong working knowledge of Zoho Books is requiredGood understanding of bookkeeping principles and bank reconciliationPayroll processing experience for a multi employee teamStrong follow up and stakeholder management skillsAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets comfortClear written communication for client follow upsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial dataPreferredExperience in a services business such as agency IT services consulting or retainer based workExposure to Zoho Payroll Zoho People is a plusCoordination experience with GST TDS PT PF ESIC compliance through a CA or consultantPerformance expectations for first 60 daysZoho Books fully updated with clean ledgers and reconciliationsInvoice cycle time reduced and no missed billingCollections tracker running with weekly reviewPayroll processed with zero delays and minimal corrections
