We're building a team that will take wellness innovation to the next level. About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Finance Lead to be the financial backbone of our operations. You'll own accounting, compliance, cash flow, and financial planning — with direct access to the Founder. Ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth startup environment. Key Responsibilities ● Generate and manage invoices on CRM platforms ● Conduct monthly financial audits across departments● Manage end-to-end accounting: AP/AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close ● Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements across all entities ● Prompt reverting back on financial insights to top management. ● Handle GST filings, TDS compliance, advance tax, and statutory audit coordination ● Build financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning ● Manage vendor payments, payroll, and employee reimbursements ● Oversee credit terms, collections, and receivables for B2B accounts ● Coordinate with external CAs, auditors, and banking partners● Set up SOPs, internal controls, and financial systems as the company scales ● Support fundraising with data rooms, MIS reports, and investor summaries Requirements ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 3–6 years of relevant experience ● Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and compliance ● Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software ● Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (financial modelling, pivot tables) ● Experience with multi-entity operations and B2B credit management ● Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously ● Detail-oriented and process-driven with a startup mindset Preferred ● Background in Accounting Firm, Manufacturing, Consumer Health, or startup environments ● Exposure to inventory accounting, COGS tracking, and investor reporting What We Offer ● Competitive salary based on experience ● Full ownership of the finance function and an opportunity to create your own finance team. ● Direct access to the Founder and leadership team
