With a strategic location and a commitment to excellence, VKA is focused on advancing the healthcare ecosystem.[Refer to [Virtuedge Management Services Pvt Limited] and [VEPF] for details of the group offshoring company and the Foundation we support]Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for Finance and Sustainability Interns based in Trivandrum.Responsibilities include assisting in finance, assurance, and compliance services, including:accounting systems implementation and audits, incl. preparing and analysing financial statements,managing accounting and compliance [Income tax, GST, MCA, FEMA, FCRA, etc.], andpreparing Detailed project reports for funding raising, supporting funding, and sustainable finance, andThe development of sustainable finance strategies. Interns will support ESG audit teams and contribute to financial planning, reporting, and assessing fiscal sustainability initiatives. Collaborating with team members and clear communication will be a vital part of daily activities.Qualifications and Experience Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Financial StatementsDemonstrated Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving in financial contextsProficiency in Communication for effectively presenting findings and collaborating with team membersAbility to adapt and engage in sustainable practices within a professional environmentProficiency in relevant software tools and technologies is a plusCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldCandidates with relevant experience in Sustainability services will be preferred.
