At Biocon Biologics, Finance is one of the major pillars and an essential ingredient to a successful businessRole – Executive/Senior Executive FinanceKey ResponsibilitiesHandling the Account payables and T&E for US and EU operationsEnsure timely closure of activities related to Accounts Payables with utmost accuracy.Invoice posting – PO and Non-PO basedEnsure accuracy of monthly accruals including Inter-Company expensesEnsure adherence to policies, internal control/audit requirements, and service standards/SLA.Manage resources to support Account Payables activities including Expenses AP & upload, Vendor Control, Imports compliances, Corporate Cards and TravelMonitoring employee reimbursements activities – Payroll and non-payrollEnsuring dispute resolution related to employee reimbursements.Managing all financial aspects related to Travel desk operations – Vendor Management, Invoice processing, Forex requirements and Corporate CardsProvide inputs to automate the activities within AP and T&EEducation, Experience and SkillExperience in relevant activities for 4 - 6 yearsQualification – , M Com, MBAHands on experience with SAP will be an added advantageAbility to understand and effectively apply technical accounting guidance Excellent analytical skillsProficient in MS Excel and PowerPointExcellent Communication Skills (Written & Oral) and Networking skillsFlexibility & open mind to look at dynamic and ever-changing business environment and needsTime management & ability to prioritize work / MultitaskingStrong command over accountingResult oriented
