Group DescriptionTaradevi's Group is a real estate investor / developer with the niche market of luxury vacation homes & hospitality assets/business being its focus. The group has a leading position in Shimla with multiple sites / 10 lac sq ft development portfolio (Taradevi’s – our Shimla real estate brand) and will be spreading to 2 to 3 new locations in the next fiscal. We are on the hunt for talent to manage and fuel our growth. The current opening is for a senior finance professional to prepare and lead our IPO (mostly sme/emerge, maybe mainboard), planned after Mar-27 results.The position is based in Delhi NCR reporting to director.Our ideal candidate would be the one with ambition, ownership, and integrity who can hit the ground running from day one.Responsibilities:Working backwards with a timeline of 18-20 months, oversee IPO related planning and compliances, including coordination with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators.Lead the overall accounts & finance function, ensuring strong financial planning, governance and compliance.Drive due diligence processes for investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.Support fund-raising efforts including equity, debt, and strategic investment rounds.Key Skills: Capital Structuring, Investments, Due Diligence, SME IPO Readiness & Compliance, Fund RaisingMust have requirements:10+ years of strong experience in Secretarial matters, Capital structuring (CCD/CCPS/ESOP), Accounts, Finance, IPO readiness, and Due Diligence (those with lessor experience could be considered for associate role) Hands on experience as lead or significant contributor in IPO bound processes and steps involvedWhat We Offer: - A leadership role with a lot of interesting action and ample opportunity for growth - Compensation - 24 lpa to 60 lpa+ fixed (linked to value / no bar for the right fit) plus Esops Qualifications: Company Secretary (preferred) + Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.
