Junior Accountant(E-Commerce Experience)

As we scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure compliance and accuracy across all accounts.key ResponsibilityAssist inTDS preparationand support in filing TDS returns. SupportGST return preparation and filing(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B). Performvendor reconciliationand resolve basic mismatches. Handlebank reconciliationon a daily/monthly basis. Prepare and managee-invoicingand generate IRN where required. Create and manageE-way Billsas per requirement. MatchTCS deductionsfrom marketplaces and ensure correct accounting. Support ine-commerce accountingincluding order reconciliation, commission checks, and settlement matching (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.). Maintain invoices, purchase entries, sales entries, and general accounting records. Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for accounting-related queries.Required Skills and Qualifications or equivalent degree. 2-6 years of relevant accounting experience(preferably in e-commerce). Basic understanding ofTDS, GST, TCS , and marketplace accounting. Experience withbank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, e-invoicing, and e-way bill creation . Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks etc.) and Excel.
