Role Overview Vanveda Homes is seeking adetail-oriented and dependable Office Accountantto oversee day-to-day financial administration and support project accounting functions. The ideal candidate will manage petty cash, coordinate with the company’s chartered accountant, and handle banking transactions related to ongoing builder projects. Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcilepetty cashfor the office and project-related expenses. Record and organizeall financial outgoingsrelated to builder projects — including vendor payments, labour expenses, and material purchases. Preparemonthly and quarterly expense reportsfor management. Visit theCA’s officeevery quarter to submit documents, file returns, and collect reports. Handlebasic banking activitiessuch as cheque deposits, online transfers, and payment tracking. Maintaindigital and physical recordsof invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation. Assist in year-end coordination for audits, returns, and compliance. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience:1–3 years in accounting or office administration (experience inreal estate, construction, or architectureis preferred). Education: or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficient inTally, MS Excel, and online banking . Organized, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently. Fluent inEnglish and Hindi , with good communication and coordination skills.
