JFC uses commercial sales and marketing techniques to achieve a social benefit.     Purpose: To oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and support strategic financial planning. The Senior Finance Officer plays a key role in budgeting, cash flow management, and implementing sound financial controls in a small trading environment. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Accounting ·      Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards. ·      Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries. ·      Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts. ·      Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Budgeting & Forecasting ·      Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts. ·      Monitor actual performance vs. budget, investigate variances, and report to management. Taxation & Statutory Compliance ·      Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns. ·      Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. ·      Maintain compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations. Cash Flow & Treasury Management ·      Manage cash flow, bank accounts, and fund planning to meet operational needs. ·      Monitor working capital and optimize usage of funds. Internal Controls & Process Improvement ·      Develop and maintain internal financial controls and procedures. ·      Identify areas for automation and improved efficiency in financial processes. Support to Management ·      Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions. ·      Assist in pricing, cost control, and commercial negotiations where required. Qualifications & Experience: ·      Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master’s preferred). ·      CA, ICMA or equivalent professional qualification is desired ·      Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience or 8-10 years of experience with CA-Inter, preferably in a trading or distribution setup. Key Skills & Competencies: ·      Strong knowledge of accounting standards and Indian tax laws. ·      Hands-on experience with accounting software preferably SAP or any other software ·      Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. ·      High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational ability. ·      Proficient in MS Excel and financial modeling. ·      Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
