Secured Loan Training Lead

Join us in building India’s first Secured Loan Academy — a program designed to train & certify students and graduates on Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Business Loans. About the Role OneNDF is looking for a Secured Loan Training Lead to design and deliver structured learning programs in the secured lending space. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep loan product expertise with a passion for teaching and content creation. You’ll design modules, record video lessons, and build an engaging certification program that empowers young professionals to start careers in secured lending without leaving their hometowns. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Design: Develop structured training modules with clear learning outcomes. Content Creation: Write scripts, PPTs, case studies, and assessments focused only on secured loans. Delivery & Recording: Record high-quality sessions, coordinate with video editors, and ensure learner engagement. Certification Path: Define assessments, grading standards, and certification criteria. Continuous Updates: Keep modules updated with market and regulatory changes in secured lending. Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in secured loans (Home Loans, LAP, or Business Loans) in banking, NBFCs, or fintech. Experience in training, instructional design, or L&D preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English; strong on-camera presence. Ability to simplify complex loan concepts for first-time learners. Good-to-Have Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.). Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Teachable, Thinkific, etc.).
