Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, working as a Residential Sales Executive. Complus Systems is seeking a Senior Sales Executive - Electronics Test & Measurement who will be responsible for generating new business by developing prospective clients and driving product sales. The Senior Sales Executive must have extensive knowledge of the electronics industry and be able to identify potential clients and follow up on leads to identify sales opportunities. The Senior Sales Executive will work with Complus Systems Pvt. Ltd to develop and implement sales plans that capture market share for our company. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients in the electronics industry who require Test & Measurement solutions. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine the sales approach. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tactics and campaigns. Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Possess in-depth knowledge of our Test & Measurement product line. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements. Quotation and Proposal Management: Prepare and present accurate and competitive quotations. Create compelling proposals that address the unique requirements of each client. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of proven success in Electronics Sales, with a focus on Test & Measurement solutions or in a related field. Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Technical proficiency in Test & Measurement instruments. Self-motivated and Passionate about the electronics industry with a strong desire to learn Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Exhibits a strong team-player mindset, actively participating in collaborative efforts, fostering a positive team spirit, and contributing to a unified work environment that promotes collective success. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed. Knowledge of the local electronics market is a plus.
