We are a small, high-ownership team building AI-native workflows that connect into systems like Zendesk, Intercom, and Salesforce to speed up resolution and improve support outcomes. Role Description This is a revenue-linked GTM role: you’ll own qualified pipeline generation for US SMB + Mid-Market, combining hands-on execution with systems thinking. You’ll build repeatable outbound + inbound motions, run structured experiments weekly, and instrument the funnel end-to-end. A Glimpse into Your Day-to-Day Build and run a scalable outbound engine (email + LinkedIn), including tooling and automation (e.g., Clay). Own outbound infrastructure: domains, inbox rotation, warm-up, sequencing, throttling, deliverability monitoring. Launch and iterate paid inbound experiments (Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting) optimized for qualified meetings. Define ICP segmentation and evolve messaging based on conversion data + sales/customer feedback. Instrument and report funnel performance (lead → meeting → opp → closed-won); keep CRM clean and actionable. Who We’re Looking For 3+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen/outbound/sales, with clear examples of pipeline you personally drove. Strong grasp of outbound fundamentals (especially deliverability) and modern GTM tooling. Comfortable running experiments: hypotheses, execution, measurement, iteration.
