We’re Hiring: Part-Time Fitness Coach Are you passionate about fitness, client transformation, and helping people build sustainable workout habits? We’re looking for a Part-Time Fitness Trainer to join our team and support clients with personalized home workouts and/or gym workout plans based on their goals, fitness levels, and lifestyles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, creating structured workout routines, and providing ongoing motivation and accountability. We’re looking for a trainer who can make fitness practical, approachable, and effective for a wide range of individuals, including beginners.What You’ll DoDesign personalized workout programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levels Create detailed home workout plans with minimal or no equipment Create structured gym workout plans using machines, free weights, and functional exercises Guide clients on proper exercise form, technique, and workout execution Modify workout plans based on progress, limitations, injuries, or lifestyle needs Provide regular follow-ups, motivation, and accountability Help clients stay consistent and confident in their fitness journey Work closely with our team to ensure a great client experience What We’re Looking ForCertified fitness trainer / personal trainer Experience in creating customized workout plans Strong understanding of fat loss, strength training, toning, mobility, and general fitness Ability to work with clients across different fitness levels Clear communication and a supportive, motivating personality Comfortable guiding clients for both home-based and gym-based workouts Prior coaching experience is preferred Experience working with diverse clients is a plus Online coaching experience is a plus Role DetailsPosition: Fitness Coach Work Mode: Open to all - Remote / Hybrid / In-person Compensation: ₹4.2 LPA Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi
