Associate Manager- Global Deal Team

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager to join the Global Deal Team. This is a client-facing role that involves working closely with the Investment Team to drive deal execution, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to FCG’s growth and play a key role in the financial services ecosystem. With over 13 years of experience and a track record of serving 600+ clients, FCG has successfully raised over £500 million in private debt funding. The firm specializes in helping sponsor-backed and owner-managed businesses secure tailored financing solutions for growth, acquisitions, refinancing, and exit strategies.  Experience required: 7+ years Time: 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm (Monday-Friday) Location: Remote Type of employment: Full-time Responsibilties Deal Execution Review and analyze client financial statements and business performance Develop client business overviews and Investment Memorandums (IMs) Build and maintain financial models (3-way: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) Coordinate lender interactions and support deal closure processes Identify cross-selling opportunities across FCG’s product offerings Stay updated on market trends and financing solutions Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lending partners Collaborate with internal teams (Investment, Marketing, etc.) for seamless execution Support client engagement strategies and deal pipeline growth Administration & Reporting Manage project plans and ensure adherence to internal SLAs Maintain accurate deal data on project management systems Provide insights and reporting for ongoing deals Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field CFA / CA (preferred but not mandatory) Strong financial modelling and financial analysis skills Expertise in preparing investment/credit/marketing documents Understanding of valuation methods (DCF, multiples-based) – preferred Strong commercial awareness and business development mindset Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and in team-driven environments Why Join FC Exposure to global deals across multiple sectors Opportunity to work with leading investors and lenders High-impact role in a fast-growing financial advisory firm Collaborative, high-performance work environment
