Deliver the Brewing volume on time with safety and quality .Achieve KPI indicators VIC Goals and LTI is 0 .• Must be able to tackle complex problems and create clear systems for solving them with and through others.• Manages the development of department resources through training and feedback. • Create clear systems for solving them with and through others. • Manages the development of department resources through training and feedback. • Complies to QEHS, Food Integrity and GMP (including HACCP) standards • Investigates complaints and provides proper follow-up (including root cause analysis) • Ensures that all documentation from Zone Brewery Support is updated continuously • Accountable for achieving the target for all Brewing KPIs • Only Green and Yellow Status in all the Blocks in Safety Pillar • Brewing VIC / HL Cost • Environmental and safety rule and regulation follow up. • Budweiser quality and Quality Index improvement • VPO sustainability Qualification. • Following up on the Daily, weekly Brewing and ensures the Quality norms according to the tech Manual • 5s, Generate daily weekly monthly reports • Ensure 100% legal compliances • Quality KPI standards or better than target • VIC objective standards or better than target • To achieve targets of Brewing KPIs 2021 Budget • KPI standards or better than target • Complies to QEHS, Food Integrity and GMP (including HACCP) standards • Investigates complaints and provides proper follow-up (including root cause analysis) • Ensures that all documentation from Zone Brewery Support is updated continuously • Accountable for achieving the target for all Brewing KPIs • Only Green and Yellow Status in all the Blocks in Safety Pillar • Brewing VIC / HL Cost • Environmental and safety rule and regulation follow up. • Budweiser quality and Quality Index improvement • VPO sustainability Qualification. • Following up on the Daily, weekly Brewing and ensures the Quality norms according to the tech Manual • 5s, Generate daily weekly monthly reports Education level and/ or experience• Any Science Graduate • Computer knowledge in MS office • 6-8 experience in brewery or other FMCG plant Skills and/or knowledge • Expert in Brewing Technology • Strong ability of communication • Planning and problem-solving skillsAnd above all of this, an undying love for beer!Quench your thirst for success.
