We’re Hiring: Social Media Marketing Manager – Arvaya Clothing Location:  Navsari / Remote Type:  Full-time / Contract Industry:  Fashion & Apparel (Women’s Wear) About Arvaya Arvaya is a modern women’s clothing brand based in Navsari, Gujarat — built on the belief that fashion should be inclusive, confident, and effortless . We create timeless designs that celebrate every body type , blending traditional charm with modern comfort. As we expand our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms, we’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager  who can help us turn Arvaya into a recognizable name in Indian fashion. Role Overview You’ll lead Arvaya’s social media strategy, content calendar, and brand storytelling  across platforms. Your goal: grow our online community, drive engagement, and translate followers into loyal customers. You’ll work closely with the founders, content creators, and photographers to create meaningful, trend-aware campaigns. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Growth Plan, create, and execute monthly social media calendars (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, WhatsApp, YouTube). Develop brand storytelling that connects emotionally with women across India. Track insights and engagement metrics to grow reach and conversions. Content Creation & Management Brainstorm and manage photo/video shoots for product launches and festivals. Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post copy aligned with Arvaya’s tone. Work with models, photographers, and editors for high-quality visual content. Performance Marketing Plan and execute Instagram & Meta ads  (awareness, engagement, and sales campaigns). Optimize ad spends and measure ROI through analytics dashboards. Support Shopify promotions, offers, and influencer partnerships. Community Engagement Reply to comments, DMs, and queries with brand warmth and professionalism. Collaborate with micro-influencers and content creators to expand Arvaya’s presence. Monitor trends and recommend fresh content ideas that align with fashion seasons (Navratri, Diwali, Wedding, Summer, etc.). Brand Collaboration & Strategy Coordinate with designers and founders for new product launches and campaigns. Develop creative ideas for Reels, giveaways, influencer campaigns, and festive launches. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing , preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands. Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook Ads Manager, and influencer marketing. Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools  for quick content creation. Strong communication and copywriting skills in English and Hindi Creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and fashion trends.
