The Agronomist will be responsible for conducting soil and crop research, ensuring proper plant nutrition, managing irrigation systems, and applying advanced knowledge of agriculture to optimize hydroponic farming techniques. Tasks will include monitoring plant growth, developing cultivation strategies, troubleshooting challenges, and providing technical expertise to enhance crop yield and quality.QualificationsStrong knowledge in Soil Science and Agricultural practicesProficiency in Irrigation techniques and systemsResearch aptitude with a focus on optimizing hydroponic farmingExpertise in Plant Nutrition and its application for high-yield cropsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work on-site and collaborate effectively with a teamDegree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in protected cultivation - cucumber,color capsicum etc
