Industry: Chemical/R&D Centre sPosition: Safety SupervisorEducation: BSC+ ADIS (Mandatory)Experience: Min 3 Yrs experience in safety profile at chemical or manufacture industries Job Location: Koparkhairane, Navi MumbaiPreferred Candidate current Location: Immediate joiner & locally from Mumbai, Maharashtra• Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environment• Ensure training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented i.e. emergency response systems, .Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employeesEnsure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards. Basic knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001management system Maintain Records for Near Miss & Unsafe conditions & take preventive measures as required , Taking the round to the entire premises• ETP samples collection & submission to the lab & taking the approval for the discharge of effluent TBT of contractual workers• Safety Induction training of new joinees• Fill-up of GPC check sheet• Action plan against findings of GPC Check sheet• NDO follow up sheet updation & assigninig the Query to related Department.• Work permit Entry, verification & Audit of the same• Notifying the unsafe act & unsafe condition & updatation in the weekly safety report• Counselling of the person working in unsafe condition / found in performing of the unsafe act Checking the VOC of the lab area & updation of meter reading in the related excel sheet.Specific training as per schedule.• Work permit verification.• Eye wash checking and filling checklist• Follow up of ETP and Fire work ELN work.• Knowledge about handling of scrubber system.• Analysis of ETP/STP System.• Daily monitoring of class-1 work permits at site and update permits recordsRegardsNikita JadhavContact: 8657426316Email:
