Job Title: Security Officer – Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra Company: Buildcast Solutions Pvt Ltd Department: Security Grade: O3 / O4 Employment Type: Full-Time, Regular Purpose / Objective To ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and operations at the precast manufacturing facility. The role is ideal for ex-Army professionals with a disciplined approach to security management and operational vigilance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures tailored to precast manufacturing operations. Lead and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring proper training and discipline. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions. Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access control mechanisms to safeguard premises. Respond promptly to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security concerns and implement preventive measures. Maintain detailed records of security incidents, reports, and actions taken. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company-specific safety standards. Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into existing protocols Qualifications & Experience Education: Graduation in any discipline. Experience: 12–15 years in security management, preferably in industrial or precast environments. Background: Ex-Army personnel with proven leadership and operational experience are highly preferred
