About the RoleServe as the primary strategic contact for key clients.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships. Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Lead review meetings, QBRs, and escalation management. Translate client objectives into integrated digital strategies. Oversee end-to-end campaign planning and execution. Ensure alignment across creative, media, and performance teams. Review and approve key deliverables before client sharing. Own account revenue, profitability, and forecasting. Monitor scope vs. burn and ensure timely billing. Support contract renewals and commercial discussions. Mentor and manage Account Managers and Executives. Drive team performance, productivity, and capability building. Ensure optimal resource allocation across accounts. Track campaign performance and business impact. Present data-backed insights and optimization recommendations. Maintain high standards of reporting accuracy and timeliness. Strengthen workflows and quality control processes. Ensure adherence to timelines, brand guidelines, and SLAs. Proactively flag risks and drive resolution.
