Senior Salesforce CPQ Specialist (Configuration | Development | CPQ Admin)

Role: Salesforce CPQ DeveloperPosition Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)Contract Duration: 6 Months (with a Possibility of contract to hire)Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)Location: 100% RemoteWe are seeking a Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to join our team. This role is pivotal in configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ to improve quoting accuracy, pricing efficiency, and overall revenue processes. You will work on moderate-to-complex development assignments, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements, including price books, product rules, bundles, and discount schedules.Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.Implement and maintain Salesforce workflows, triggers, validation rules, and data sharing rules.Develop and support Salesforce integrations, leveraging Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning components (Aura and LWC).Participate in code reviews, refactor existing development, and follow development best practices.Support CI/CD pipelines using Copado or similar tools.Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related technical issues, completing bug fixes efficiently.Maintain technical documentation and stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of Salesforce development experience, with 2+ years in Salesforce CPQ.Strong CPQ configuration and customization skills.Experience with product catalog setup, bundling, and pricing strategies.Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, SOQL, SOSL, and workflows.Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado.Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds).BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of Salesforce automation and testing tools (Selenium, Copado CRT, Jenkins).Exposure to Siebel or other CRM platforms.Familiarity with additional development languages (Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL).
