The role requires deep experience in Salesforce point-and-click configurations, advanced Flow automation, and end-to-end support of business processes. Experience with Revenue Cloud or CPQ is highly preferred.The ideal candidate will act as a functional SME, working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and administer Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue CloudDesign, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled)Manage complete point-and-click configurations, including:Objects, fields, page layouts, record typesValidation rules, approval processesProfiles, permission sets, role hierarchySupport and enhance Revenue Cloud / CPQ processes such as quoting, pricing, product configuration, and order lifecycleTranslate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations with minimal custom codeManage user access, security, data visibility, and sharing modelsPerform data management activities including data loads, cleansing, and integrity checksSupport UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live stabilizationCreate and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and admin best practicesCollaborate with developers for integrations, custom components, and complex automation scenariosProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce orgsRequired Skills & Experience6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce AdministratorStrong implementation experience in Sales Cloud and Service CloudProven expertise in Salesforce Flow and declarative automationExcellent command over Salesforce point-and-click configuration capabilitiesWorking experience with Revenue Cloud or Salesforce CPQ (preferred)Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data model designExperience working with cross-functional business and technical teamsAbility to handle multiple stakeholders and parallel initiativesPreferred QualificationsSalesforce Certifications such as:Salesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Advanced AdministratorSalesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ Certification (preferred)Experience supporting large user bases and complex orgsExposure to Agile delivery environmentsNotice PeriodEarly joiners preferred
