If you’re excited about solving real problems and building transformative AI products, this is your chance to join early and grow with us.About the Role We’re looking for aKey Account Manager (Renewals)to own and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high adoption, satisfaction, and expansion. As a KAM at Grexa AI, you’ll be thestrategic partner for our clients , helping them unlock the full value of our AI platform, while ensuring retention and revenue growth.This is ahands-on rolethat blends client success, relationship management, and growth ownership.Key Responsibilities Create and implement processes to deeply understand each client’s business, ensuring they onboard smoothly and integrate Grexa into their daily operations confidently. Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives by identifying client needs, presenting relevant add-ons or higher-tier plans, and collaborating with the product and sales teams to close opportunities. Own the client journey end-to-end, ensuring that Grexa’s renewal, retention, and revenue expansion objectives are consistently met. Continuously monitor client engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, proactively intervening to enhance platform adoption and satisfaction. Act as the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless resolution of operational needs while driving continuous improvement. Champion the voice of the client by collecting rich feedback and translating it into actionable insights for product development and service innovation. Strategically identify growth opportunities among clients, advising them on how to unlock more value through advanced features, tailored solutions, and platform optimization. Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients that fosterlong-term partnerships and recurring revenue growth .What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience inKey Account Management, Customer Success, Growth, or Operations Prior experience in Sales is a plus Experience in aproduct-based startup or SaaS environmentpreferred Proactive problem solver with a strong bias for execution and results Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency inCRM tools, Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp APIs, or marketing automation platforms Detail-oriented, outcomes-driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneouslyWhy Join Us?
