Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focusedCustomer Support Executivesfor anInbound Voice Process . The role involves handling incoming customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions Resolve queries related to products/services, billing, or technical support Maintain proper call etiquette and communication standards Document customer interactions and update CRM systems Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when required Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction benchmarks Eligibility Criteria: Education:Any Graduate Experience: Freshers are welcome Up to 3 years of experience in customer support / BPO (Inbound Voice preferred) Qualification: Any Graduate Insurence Is good a Plus. Hindi and English is mandatory and Graduation is mandatory
