Our focus is on delivering well-planned layouts, functional designs, and high-quality construction that enhance the customer experience.Position Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Architectural and Interior Designer to develop innovative design concepts, prepare detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, and manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring compliance with safety and building standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in design software, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of materials, finishes, and current design trends.Job Responsibilities: · Develop concept designs, schematic plans, and detailed architectural drawings · Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, BOQ, Quantity Calculation and 3D visualizations. · Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure design integration. · Support the project team with design modifications based on site conditions and client requirements. · Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings. · Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for seamless execution. · Conduct periodic site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues. · Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. · Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress. · Manage project timelines and deliver within set deadlines. · Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.Required Skills: · Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUP, Enscape, Photoshop or other relevant design software. · Strong creativity, visualization skills, and attention to detail. · Expertise in making Architectural and interior detail drawings. · Knowledge of space planning, color theory, and material selection. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently. · Strong design skills and well researched on current design trends.Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. · Bachelor’s Degree- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role. · Diploma - Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar role. · Relevant certifications in design software are an added advantage.
