If you’re excited to solve real problems and build transformative AI products - this is your calling.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads to manage, scale and optimize performance campaigns for local business clients. This role combines execution ownership with strategic thinking, where you will plan campaign structures, manage budgets, experiment with new growth ideas and continuously improve performance outcomes while working closely with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Remarketing and relevant formats.Own end-to-end campaign execution including account setup, structure planning, keyword strategy, bidding, budgets and optimizations.Scale ad spends efficiently month-on-month while maintaining performance benchmarks such as CPA/CPL, CVR and lead quality.Experiment with new campaign types, Google betas and growth strategies to unlock incremental performance.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and market insights to guide campaign expansion.Drive CRO and performance accuracy by improving landing pages, funnels, messaging and user journeys, while ensuring reliable tracking through correct conversion setup, attribution checks and data validation.Prepare and analyze performance reports using Google Sheets or Excel and translate data into actionable insights.Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, AI and Design teams for efficient execution.Create SOPs and process documentation for performance marketing workflows.Handle client communication and performance discussions with clarity and ownership.Must-Have Skills and ExperienceMinimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.Strong working knowledge of Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Remarketing and all types of campaigns.Experience using Google Ads Editor for bulk operations.Solid understanding of performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS and lead quality.Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and analysis.Experience using AI tools for ad creation, optimization and analysis with strong human judgment.Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong ownership mindset with execution and strategic thinking ability.Good-to-Have SkillsPrior agency experience handling multiple client accounts.Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads, especially lead generation campaigns.Experience with Local Ads or Call Ads.Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement strategies.Why Join Grexa AIExposure to AI-driven performance marketing systems combined with human decision-making.Work on real, revenue-impacting campaigns across multiple local business verticals.Opportunity to scale ad spends efficiently and experiment with new growth levers and Google betas.Close collaboration with Growth, Product, Tech and AI teams.
