We are looking for Plant HR Business Partner having experience in Manpower planning, budgeting , Talent acquisition, Talent management, employee management, Employee relations, HR Compliance, Industrial relations and operational HR excellence and managing multiple plants and the employees. Role & responsibilities Handling HR Operations projects for all the factories Handling Plant HR Team for Manpower planning, Recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities of new joiners, new hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, documentation and audit accuracy, factory compliances and administrative part. Taking care of all the Safety Compliances should be followed at Plant level. Employee relations and industrial relations. Manpower planning and budgeting MIS and reporting Travelling to plant location as required Qualifications / experience required MBA HR with 6 plus years of experience in Factory HRBP Manpower planning, talent acquisition management working knowledge of Industrial relations
