Contract Management & Legal AdvisoryDraft, review, and negotiate contracts (vendor, customer, sales, distribution, NDAs, etc.)Provide legal advisory to business teams on day-to-day mattersEnsure legal risks are identified and mitigated proactively Litigation & Dispute ManagementHandle ongoing litigations, disputes, and legal notices Coordinate with external legal counsel and ensure timely updatesDevelop strategies for dispute resolution and risk minimization Compliance & Regulatory Management Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Support in statutory filings, licenses, and approvalsStay updated on legal changes impacting business operations Business SupportWork closely with sales, procurement, finance, and plant teams Provide legal inputs on commercial deals, tenders, and agreements Support business decisions with legal perspective while enabling growth Policy & Governance Develop and implement legal policies, SOPs, and frameworks Ensure adherence to internal governance and compliance standards Support internal audits and legal risk assessmentsDocumentation & Legal Records Maintain repository of contracts, agreements, and legal documentsEnsure proper documentation and version control Support in legal MIS and reporting to leadershipTechnical skillsLLB qualified with 5 plus years of exposureStrong experience in contract drafting and negotiationKnowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract lawExperience in handling litigation and legal notices
