Our client plays a critical role in helping these organisations to design, build and operate assets safely, sustainably and efficiently.They are now looking to appoint a Legal Manager to act as a true strategic business partner. This is a senior, high-impact role within the Legal & Compliance team, providing expert legal guidance to support growth, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance across a complex, international business.The Role:This is a broad, generalist position offering exposure to a varied and interesting caseload, including:Commercial CorporateCompliance and risk managementDispute resolution, investigations and litigationIP and data protectionCompetition and employment lawMaritime Law (we are particularly keen to hear from candidates with Maritime Law experience, including international shipping regulations, maritime contracts, and disputes relating to marine insurance, cargo claims, environmental liabilities, and vessel collisions)Leadership Opportunity: You will work closely with another senior lawyer for whom you will have line management responsibility and as a result, people management experience would be very useful.About You:Qualified lawyer with 12+ years’ PQEBackground in a top-tier law firm or in-house within a multinational organisation (ideally offshore projects, marine, EPC or engineering)Broad legal skill set with a practical, hands-on approachStrong commercial judgement, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skillsFluent in EnglishWhy Apply?
