We are currently hiring for Manager R&CO Legal role based in Navi Mumbai, within the Revenue & Commercial Operations function. Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)Years of Experience (minimum & maximum)05-08 YearsPurpose of the RoleThe Manager – R&CO Legal will be responsible for overseeing all commercial contracting activities related to Jio products and services. The role ensures legal robustness, standardization, and compliance across agreements while protecting Jio’s commercial interests. The position also leads contract negotiations, template standardization, and integration of contract management processes with business systems, ensuring smooth facilitation of contractual obligation.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage 100% of commercial contracting responsibilities for Jio’s products and services.Draft, review, and vet legal clauses pertaining to commercial processes, business segments, and contract/payment terms.Standardize contract templates to ensure consistency and homogeneity across all customer agreements.Lead negotiations with external contracting parties to achieve commercially favorable outcomes for Jio.Facilitate end-to-end contract management system (CMP) operations and ensure seamless integration with BSS systems for execution of contractual obligations.Provide support to CMP users and coordinate with the CMP technology team for enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing developments.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and legal standards in all contractual matters.Partner with business, finance, product, and commercial teams to align contracts with operational and strategic requirements.Key DeliverablesStandardized and compliant contract templates for all customer agreements.Timely and favorable closure of commercial negotiations.Effective operation and integration of CMP with business platforms.Reduction in contract-related risks and disputes.High-quality legal support and guidance to R&CO and business teams.
