From land procurement to designing nature themed gated communities with customized homes using innovative technologies and materials, from building it to managing the property, we curate every step.Role & responsibilities: ·Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, agreements, MOUs, and sale deeds. ·Understanding of agricultural land documentation and land related laws ·Knowledge about title search report and Satbara (7/12) ·Handling property registration, revenue-related documentation, and liaison with government/revenue offices. ·Ensuring compliance with property laws, RERA, and other regulatory requirements. ·Providing legal support to management on various matters related to real estate transactions. ·Maintaining proper documentation and records of all legal matters. ·Coordinating with external lawyers, consultants, and statutory authorities when required.Preferred Candidate Profile: ·Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification. ·Ability toread, write, and speak in English and Marathi(preferably) ·Should have a moderate to strong financial understanding. ·Preferably a licensed lawyer or professional with strong legal/revenue background. ·Experience in real estate legal work will be an added advantage. ·Strong knowledge of property laws, registration process, and related compliances. ·Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
