Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Sales team to improve customer Experience Follow ups on WhatsApp, emails and calls on the status of quotes Create quotes for all the Insurance Products like Fire, Marine, Liability, Engineering, Health etc. Create Rapport with customers and get appointments for sales team Be Customer Centric and resolve Customer queries and do endorsements. Arrange appointments for sales team. Requirements: Extreme customer focus with an aim for customer delight Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive knowledge of SME insurance products, including different coverage options, policies, and regulations. Freshers looking to build career in Insurance are also welcome Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Engineering. Results-oriented mindset, self-motivated.
