We create innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers to answer society’s needs – today and in the future.Purpose of the JobProvide HR and Payroll transactional support globally – with a focus on Europe, Asia Pacific, possibly US and Africa.Maintain statutory compliance for India.Hands on experience on ERP System – SuccessFactors preferred.Maintain Organization & HR Data and systems’ new changes/deployment.Responsible for HR operational support to India, including payroll delivery.Coordinate Payroll for smaller sized countries with the external payroll provider.Escalate/refer cases to team leader as appropriate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.About the job (Job Responsibilities)Coordinate end-to-end payroll process for smaller sized countries in various regions, working closely with the payroll vendor and finance to ensure correct and timely payment of our employees and vendors.Take, investigate and resolve requests from employee onboarding/offboarding process, background check, employer certificates, transfers/movements process, learning administration etc. in line with turn-around time SLA’s.Maintain Organization & HR Data and systems’ new changes/deployment to ensure data accuracy, support HR Technology deployment project.Responsible for HR Operation support to India, support payroll delivery, business requests and resolve HR data & system support case(s)/inquiries.Support regional HR Operation transition project(s) and have the opportunity to communicate effectively with different stakeholders within/across functions.Escalate cases as appropriate to Regional HR Operations team, Global Process & Technology team and Centers of Expertise.Contribute to knowledge transfer & best practice sharing within and outside India HR Operations team.We believe you bring (Education & Experience)Bachelor's/master's degree in a relevant field.5-7 years’ experience in HR fields in large multi-national company. HR Shared service experience.Additional 2-4 years of experience with HR Information Systems (preferably SuccessFactors) knowledge, data reporting & analysis expertise is preferred.In-depth knowledge of all working and system processes within the HR Operations organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details and good follow up.Good team player, high sense of accountability, ability to handle multi-tasks & work effectively.Proactive attitude and are well-organized, good communication skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and HR related technology, including payroll system, employees master data system and others.Familiar with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow.Please apply via our online recruitment system.
