Position: US IT Recruiter - W2 hiring specialistLocation: RemoteShift: US ESTEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 2–4 YearsPosition Overview:We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Senior W2 IT Recruiters to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team. The selected candidates will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding top IT professionals for our direct & Implementation US clients. The role requires strong knowledge of the US staffing industry, especially W2-based hiring models, along with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities efficiently.Core ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source qualified IT candidates for W2 opportunities across diverse technologies and domains.Review and analyze resumes to match candidates with client requirements.Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to understand hiring needs and delivery timelines.Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer discussion, and onboarding support.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.Ensure consistent follow-up with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and negotiation processes.Maintain accurate records and recruitment trackers to meet performance targets.Required Qualifications & Skills2–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment with a strong focus on W2 hiring.Hands-on experience working with direct clients.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work in a performance-driven and fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
