Human Resources Coordinator

Role Overview:We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Central HRIS team which supports Backend HR operations for a 3 to 6-month internship. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR Analytics.The role will involve offer rollout support, data gathering and reporting, coordination for system implementation, and day‑to‑day operational assistance. The intern should be detail‑oriented, comfortable working with Excel and HR systems, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Required Knowledge & Skills:Hands on experience on Excel, PowerPoint and exposure to tools like co-pilot and other AI toolsKnowledge of Advanced Ms Excel like Vlookup, Pivots, charts and moreGood presentation and data analysis skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesA team player with a learning mindset and interest in HR Operations and AnalyticsQualifications:Anyone pursuing Graduation or Postgraduate in any stream with interest in MIS, HR Operations and supportPrior experience in MIS reports is preferred
