Key Responsibilities :Lead and complete pre & post onboarding processes, coordinating with multiple stakeholdersExpertise in Background verification of large headcount.Build & manage MIS, dashboards and onboarding analyticsDrive technology enhancements and HRMS/AI-based onboarding automationManage outsourced teams and vendor partnersEnsure strict compliance, documentation standards & audit readinessDeliver onboarding outcomes within defined TATsCollaborate closely with business, HR and tech teams to deliver onboarding new‑hire experienceExposure to AI-based onboarding processes and HRMS platformsAbility to lead small teams & manage vendors competently.Role Requirements:Post-Graduate in HR (MBA/PGDM)5+ years of experience in end‑to‑end onboarding operationsExperience of managing onboarding for 7,000+ employeesStrong analytical, problem-solving & stakeholder management skillsExpertise in Advanced Excel, Power-Point and HR reporting
