Job summary We are looking for anAssistant Manager – Talent Acquisitionto managehigh-volume hiringfor voice processes. The role will act as theRecruitment SPOC for the Mumbai location , handling end-to-end recruitment delivery while collaborating closely with stakeholders and internal teams.Duties and responsibilities Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for recruitment activities across the Mumbai region Manage end-to-end volume hiring for 200+ positions Drive bulk / mass hiring for international and domestic voice processes Handle sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollouts, and onboarding support Deliver hiring targets within tight TATs and quality benchmarks Work as an individual contributor while collaborating with recruiters and business teams Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring prioritiesSkills & competencies 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Volume Hiring Proven experience hiring 100–200+ positions simultaneously Strong experience in international and/or domestic voice process hiring Candidates with international voice hiring experience will be preferred Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure hiring environmentsMinimum education and experience required Any graduates Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills Experience working in BPO / Contact Center / Shared Services environments preferredInterested candidates please share your resume to lakshmi.b@Thanks & Regards, Lakshmi
