The role requires end-to-end recruitment ownership, strong stakeholder coordination with Dubai-based clients and internal teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent under defined SLAs.This is a delivery-focused role with exposure to international hiring standards and fast-paced client environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for UAE-based clients from IndiaUnderstand client mandates, role specifications, and hiring priorities shared by the Dubai teamSource candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and active headhuntingScreen, assess, and shortlist candidates aligned with UAE market expectationsCoordinate interviews between candidates and UAE-based stakeholdersManage candidate engagement, documentation, offer coordination, and onboarding supportMaintain turnaround time (TAT), quality metrics, and closure ratiosEnsure compliance with UAE hiring norms, documentation, and process protocolsBuild and maintain sector-specific talent pipelines for repeat mandatesProvide regular recruitment MIS, pipeline updates, and performance reportsCandidate Profile1–4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisitionExposure to Gulf / UAE hiring is a strong advantage (mandatory for senior profiles)Strong communication skills with confidence in client and candidate interactionsEnergetic, self-driven, and target-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable working in time-zone aligned shifts with DubaiHigh ownership, accountability, and delivery disciplineWhy Join UsOpportunity to work on international UAE mandates from IndiaDirect exposure to Dubai clients and global hiring standardsStructured growth path within a rapidly expanding recruitment organisationPerformance-linked incentives and recognitionStable, process-driven environment with long-term career prospects
