Role: Recruitment Specialist Location: Navi Mumbai | Work Days: Monday–Saturday | Salary: ₹5–7 LPA We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to drive hiring for our FMCG D2C brand. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, onboarding, and employee management post-hiring. The candidate will also conduct warehouse visits to ensure compliance and staff coordination. Responsibilities Source, interview, and hire candidates across roles. Develop recruiting strategies and maintain talent pipelines. Manage onboarding, training, and employee engagement. Conduct warehouse visits to check compliance and manage staff. Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning. Qualifications 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment & HR. Strong communication, organizational, and people skills. Exposure to onboarding, compliance, and employee management. Experience in FMCG/D2C or retail preferred. Must understand industry trends and have access to a strong talent pool aligned with our brand culture
