Assistant Manager, HR & Admin: The Assistant Manager, HR & Admin must have knowledge of HR Systems and should have had experience in implementing recruitment and selection function and other HR Systems. He/ She must have a good understanding of principles of management and should be good at documentation, communication, and team working. Reports To: The Assistant Manager, HR & Admin will be reporting to the Director HR Job Description: The Assistant Manager HR & Admin is responsible for overseeing and managing the HRM and administrative functions for VINSAK Mumbai region. He/ She is responsible for assisting and implementing the following functions: 1. Recruitment and Selection 2. Employee Relations 3. Performance Management 4. HR Policies and Compliance 5. Learning and Development 6. Administrative Functions 7. HR Reporting and Analysis Some of these functions will be for specific regions and some for pan India. The Assistant Manager, HR & Admin will: · Partner with recruitment consultants and other relevant stakeholders for recruitment and hiring function. · Partner and work with team managers to support organization development activities. · Interface with various stake holders to implement HR policies and procedures. · Identify training needs and organize Induction and other training programs · Support maintenance of attendance & other statutory records. Minimum Qualifications · MBA in HR from a reputed institute · Experience of independently handling some of the HR Systems especially recruitment, selection, onboarding and induction. · Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in HR Preferred Qualifications Experience of working on HRIS Location The Assistant Manager, HR & Admin will work from Navi Mumbai Office Remuneration Based on candidate’s experience and promise to deliver.
