Clinical Research Manager

Responsibilities:Lead and line-manage a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs);Recruitment, training (initial and continued) and development of CRAs;Oversee and guide CRAs to ensure they meet expectations of core monitoring responsibilities;Provide regular 1:1 coaching and constructive feedback;Track and manage CRA resourcing and allocation of assignment;Support retention and engagement of CRAs to meet company objectives; andCollaborate with other functions, regional and local operations.Qualifications:Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or related discipline;Is a line manager with 1-2 years or an experienced CRA, with at least 4 years of clinical monitoring experience, looking to make the next step into line management;Will have strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills. You enjoy working with people and relish in their success;Experience in global CRO is preferred;Advanced knowledge of Good Clinical Practice;Effective written and verbal communication skills; andAble to travel for onsite evaluation of CRAs (approximately 10%).
