Job OverviewThe trainee will work closely with Medical Affairs leaders to translate field insights into meaningful, compliant, and patient-centric initiatives.Role PurposeTo support Medical Affairs and Medical Excellence teams by gaining hands-on exposure to patient journeys, scientific exchange, and cross-functional collaboration, while developing a strong foundation in patient-centric medical strategy and ethical healthcare engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Journey Understanding & SupportAssist in mapping patient journeys across Women’s Health, IVF, and Critical CareSupport identification of unmet needs, care gaps, and patient experience challengesContribute to internal documentation and synthesis of patient journey insightsScientific & Medical EngagementSupport scientific content development for disease education and patient pathway discussionsParticipate in medical discussions focused on disease awareness, treatment pathways, and real-world challengesEnsure adherence to ethical, regulatory, and internal compliance standardsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Medical Excellence, and Digital teamsSupport coordination of medical initiatives, pilots, and patient-centric projectsGain exposure to non-commercial, functionally agnostic ways of workingJob RequirementsMBBS/ MD Pharmacology fresher, MBA would be an additionStrong interest in patient-centric healthcare and Medical AffairsBasic understanding of healthcare systems and treatment pathways (preferred)Good communication, learning agility, and collaboration skills
