Job Title: Project Manager Location: Navi Mumbai Department: Project ManagementJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong scientific background to lead cross-functional vaccine development projects. This role involves coordinating R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory, Strategy, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective project execution.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.• Leverage digital project management tools to plan, monitor, and optimize project execution, ensuring transparency and accountability.• Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align objectives, manage interdependencies, and ensure timely delivery.• Track and manage project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing bottlenecks and deviations.• Facilitate cross-functional and leadership meetings, and prepare clear, data-driven project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.• Provide structured support to consultancy engagements, including inputs to technical, strategic, and implementation-focused reports.• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, enhancing execution efficiency, governance, and overall project outcomes.Educational Qualifications:Graduate in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.Experience Requirements2–3 years of experience in vaccine, biopharmaceutical, or pharmaceutical industries.Proven track record in managing R&D projects.Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent planning, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate scientific concepts into actionable project plans.Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, CRM).Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is preferred.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
