Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Marine Technical Superintendent. The responsibilities include managing the technical operations of a fleet of vessels, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, overseeing regular inspections and surveys, and ensuring vessels are maintained in optimal working condition. Additionally, the role requires coordinating repairs, dry dockings, and preventive maintenance, and ensuring cost-effective management of operations while maintaining safety and quality standards. Qualifications Proven expertise in Ship Management and Maritime operationsExperience in Marine Engineering and SailingSkills in conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsStrong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skillsKnowledge of safety standards, quality assurance, and cost control in marine operationsBachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related fieldRelevant certifications and licenses as per industry standards are highly desirablePrior experience in managing offshore vessels is a plus
