Role Overview We are seeking a R&D Technician to support our Research & Development team in the day-to-day preparation and execution of experiments. This is a hands-on laboratory role ideal for candidates from biotechnology, microbiology, agriculture, or life sciences backgrounds who are eager to apply their skills toward sustainable material innovation. Key Responsibilities Support R&D and production teams in laboratory and pilot-scale operations. Assist in preparation and handling of biological materials under sterile conditions. Operate and maintain standard laboratory equipment (autoclave, laminar air flow, mixers, dryers). Record experimental data, maintain logs, and ensure lab hygiene and compliance. Follow safety, PPE, and waste management protocols as per company standards. Requirements Education: Diploma / B.Sc. / ITI in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Agriculture, Life Sciences, or related fields. (Freshers are welcome if willing to learn.) Experience: Hands-on experience in tissue culture, mushroom cultivation, or laboratory work are encouraged to apply. (Freshers are welcomed). Prior exposure to fermentation or life science laboratories is an advantage. Attributes: Strong attention to detail and discipline in sterile practices. Good communication and teamwork skills. Keen interest in sustainability and biotechnology applications. What We Offer Salary/Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (depending on skills and experience).
