The Role Following consistent and continued sales growth across Europe, Solis is now looking for a technically strong and service-oriented On-line Service Specialist to support our customers in the United Kingdom and Europe . The successful candidate will be responsible for remote technical support, inverter diagnostics, RMA processing, and customer satisfaction management. This is a Mumbai-based position , ideal for someone with experience in solar inverter technical support. The role operates currently in the India time zone . Key Responsibilities Provide online/telephonic support for technical queries related to Solis inverters from UK and European customers. Troubleshoot inverter and system-level issues using remote tools (e.g., Solis Cloud) and customer input. Timely and effective complaint handling and ticket management using the ticketing tool Freshdesk . RMA order processing (e.g., receiving and verifying RMA forms from customers and coordinating internally). Spare parts request handling and coordination with logistics for dispatch and return. Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to seniors, superiors, and leaders when required. Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions provided. Work collaboratively with cross-functional peers to ensure a high standard of customer service delivery.
